Orders received by 3 P.M. Pacific Standard Time (PST) will be shipped the same day to address provided. We do not ship our products to the following states due to legal restrictions: Alabama, Indiana, Wisconsin, Vermont and Tennessee.
A tracking number will be provided within 24 hours from the time your order’s processed.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We’ll accept returns due to damage that is our fault or manufacturers defect. A request for refund must be made within 10 days from date of purchase.
MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If any items received are missing or damaged, please contact us and we’ll provide replacement units free of charge.
Chargebacks will be taken to the full extent of law, and will subject the client to being put on the no sell list.
